Community-centered support

Support that helps people live, connect, and thrive.

New Life Home Services provides person-centered support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through home, community, respite, companion, and Community Participation Support services.

Our services

Flexible supports built around the person.

Every service begins with the individual's goals, preferences, strengths, and support needs.

🏠

In-Home & Community Support

Individualized assistance that helps people build independence, complete daily activities, access the community, and work toward goals identified in their person-centered plan.

Support may include skill building, routines, community access, household participation, personal organization, decision-making, and other approved activities based on the individual's assessed needs and service plan.
🌿

Respite

Short-term support that gives unpaid caregivers time to rest, attend appointments, manage responsibilities, or simply recharge while the individual continues receiving safe, person-centered care.

Respite can support families during planned breaks or other approved periods of caregiver relief. Services are delivered according to the individual's needs, preferences, and authorized plan.
🤝

Companion Services

Support focused on companionship, social connection, supervision, and participation in meaningful activities at home and in the community.

Companion services can help reduce isolation, encourage community involvement, support social interests, and provide a consistent, trusted presence based on the individual's preferences and authorized service needs.
🌎

Community Participation Support (CPS)

Goal-focused support that helps individuals become more active, connected, and independent in their communities through meaningful participation and skill development.

CPS may include community exploration, volunteering, employment-readiness activities, communication and social-skill development, self-advocacy, relationship building, and participation in personally meaningful community activities.
